Looks like I'll be staying here in Monte Carlo for a few extra days.

I've been selected to stay over for a special $120,000 buy-in one-table tournament that will be broadcast live in prime time on FSN Thanksgiving night.

The seven pros are listed below, additionally, Howard Lederer will be doing the commentary.

2005 Monte Carlo Millions

Monte Carlo Millions

MONTE CARLO, November 23, 2005 - I departed for Monte Carlo on Friday. The flight from LAX was long. I never feel asleep, although I wish I could have. There were two in-flight movies, Must Love Dogs and A Lot Like Love. There was one stop in Germany on the way. I needed the two hour layover just to walk from my arriving terminal to my terminal of departure. It was a looong way. Phil Helmuth joined the party for the connecting flight from Frankfurt to Nice. There were cars waiting at the airport to take us on a short ride to our hotel.

I arrived at my hotel on Saturday around 3pm. I am staying at the Freemont Hotel (formerly the Monte Carlo Grand Hotel) which is right on the water. There was a letter waiting for me at the front desk reminding me of a 5pm staff meeting. That left just enough time for me to freshen up and meet the rest of the team.
